I’m a compassionate, skilled, and non-judgmental therapist

I help people who are struggling with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, mental health issues, or any other concern that may be causing stress or angst.

My clients come from all walks of life and have many different problems. I’ve helped them turn their lives from a place of discouragement, despair, and even hopelessness, to one of joy, fulfillment, feeling optimistic and excited about their future.

I’ve earned a PhD in psychology and underwent additional coursework to become licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Georgia.

I have been in the mental health field since 2007 after a prior career in management consulting, and I’ve been in private practice since 2014.

Currently, I am working towards becoming a Jungian Analyst through the Memphis-Atlanta Jung Seminar and the Interregional Society of Jungian Analysts. This is a multi-year process that involves deep study and intense supervision. I also have expertise in attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, and systemic approaches.

As my client, you’ll find that my varied life experience plus my dedication to ongoing learning will provide you a better experience.
